Lets be clear about that  not everyone’s property taxes  have quadrupled

The politicians and elitist  take care of their own  only regular peoples property taxes have quadrupled.

As you can see there valuation don’t go up 30 40 % like everyone else so when they lower the leavy it just shifts the payment from them to you.

That’s money straight into their pockets , does your property really go up 30 or 40 percent year after year or do they just want a little more in their pockets.

Pink Post Card  is fair in the eyes of the people that exploit us  they disregard the will of the people and suppress who can come and what can be said and call it fair

 

The pink post card is the perfect example of why we need to get rid of the property tax or they swindlers and profiteers that have taken over government.

We here in Dakota county get a post card every year it  points out the politicians have never had any intention of  following the in fact or sprit they just keep funding there raises and pet projects  with no regard for the families they are hurting they cheat on their own taxes so they and their families don’t feel the pain like regular people.

Come 2026 when need your votes they will be lamenting  the property tax crisis blaming others  inflation  or even the price of egg, telling you their on your side and the side of your family  the poor, minorities  all the sweet  lies.

Then just go right to hurting those very same people, that’s what they have always done and will always do swindle and profiteer.

Compare your increases to theirs.

Pay enormous salary to the people

To run the worst most expensive and inefficient utility in the state.

Completely unable to make a budget that balances spend your money like fools

and  work for the city and Cheat on their property taxes for over 10 years

the Mayor Goes on TV  acts like a clown and mocks the people that pay there way in life

“I would like to have no property tax increase ever, but I’m also realistic, and I’m watching the country with inflation and with eggs going through the roof. We can’t sit there and think that South Sioux City, Nebraska, is gonna sit here and be static and not have any increases,” Mayor Koch said. “Housing evaluations go up, we try to keep our levy down. But with evaluations going up, it’s going to go up. It just depends on how much it goes up. There will be some people not happy, and I’m one of them.”

Council will need to give preliminary approval.

And then, on September 23, there will be what’s called a “pink card” meeting at the South Sioux Fire Station, where the public can come in and ask questions to the city, the county, and the school about the budget and the tax increases.

Someone should tell them the city don’t run on eggs and inflation is 2.9%   only in the mind of an imbecile does that justify a 30 40 50 percent increases we pay year after year

Here in South Sioux City  these people just tried to use a special election to cram a 127 million dollar school bond.

While they knew a 40 % valuation hike was coming , they are just a pack of liars and deceivers.

They don’t care how high they because they cheat.
